Mature character is formed by making responsible, Spirit-led choices about the way
we live. Excellence in gifting comes by emulation and practice. Both are fostered in an environment of grace and encouragement.

We need people around us asking the right questions, modelling honed talent and encouraging us to stretch ourselves. At Community Church we're learning just how capable the Father has made all of us to sharpen each other day by day (not least by growing one another's grace!). So we're learning to apply ourselves more and more to the task.

We're also blessed by Community Church's staff, whose training and heart is to work in tandem with the training we give each other. From cell-leader training to foundational courses in the faith, filtering apostolic input to teaching at Sunday meetings, the staff are committed to releasing the teachers, pastors, evangelists, prophets and apostles among us.
