The only accurate way to understand ourselves is by what God is and by what he does for us, not by what we are and what we do for him.
Just like the first disciples we want to spend time learning from Jesus and then go out and share with others who he is. At CCE we want to give every student the opportunity to grow in the knowledge of Christ and who they are in Him. Through prayer, bible study, teaching, worship, fellowship and other spiritual disciplines we get ourselves in a place where God can change us and use us to bring his Kingdom in.
Our cell groups, gatherings and socials are all designed to help us do this. And as well as offering times of teaching we want to encouage every student to get involved and step out in their faith. There are many ways you can learn by helping out in the student community, church community or in our wider community here in Edinburgh.
We also have older Christians (some new graduates and some a bit older) who are available to meet up with you and share some of their experience with you. If you are interested in meeting up with someone to discuss a particular topic or for some more long term support in understanding your faith then please contact us.
