David
McNeish has met with the Director of Sustainable
Development Commission over energy efficiency and building
development options.
Andrew
has conversed with Emma Vardy, project manager of
Project 21 St.Paul's and St.George's redevelopment
program. They in turn consulted with St.Aldate's in Oxford
and Willow Creek in the US. See their website here.
Colin
and Andrew met up with Peter Neilson who is
the former associate minister of St Cuthbert's Church at
the West End/Lothian Road. He is now advisor to the Church
of Scotland on matters of contemporary expressions of
faith, engagement in current society and the church in transition.
Rupert
is meeting Malcolm Duncan from Faithworks
on Friday to see how they may also assist us. Faithworks
is an organisation Steve Chalke founded to help churches
serve their communities and positively influence society.
